How is the premium calculated?
Premium = Upbit KRW price ÷ (Binance USDT price × KRW per dollar) − 1. We show two bases: the ECB euro reference rates cross-converted to USD/KRW via the Frankfurter API, and Upbit's own KRW-USDT market price. The gap between the two numbers is roughly the "tether premium" (+0.01% in this reading). Full formulas and sources are on the methodology page (Korean).
